At AWA Fitness, we want your shopping experience to be straightforward from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives. Below you’ll find information about our UK delivery, returns and exchanges.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer reliable UK delivery options to get your AWA Fitness order to you as quickly as possible.
Free UK Delivery
We offer free UK delivery on orders over £50.
Orders under £50 will be charged the applicable delivery rate shown at checkout.
Standard UK Delivery
Standard UK orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Please note that during busy periods, product launches and sales events, dispatch or delivery may take slightly longer than usual.
Next Day Delivery
Where available, Next Day Delivery can be selected at checkout.
To qualify, orders must be placed before 9:00 PM on a business day. Availability and any applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your AWA Fitness purchase. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Returned with all original tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange, email info@aimworkachieve.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning your order and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been completed.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process any approved refund to your original payment method.
Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Where an exchange is available, we’ll arrange this once your returned item has been received and approved.
Exchange availability is subject to stock at the time your return is processed.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@aimworkachieve.com as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.
Where appropriate, AWA Fitness will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund and cover the reasonable cost of returning the affected item.
